Ingredients
- 1 large cucumber
- 1/4 cup grated yellow onion
- 8 ounce cream cheese (softened)
- 2 tablespoon sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon chopped dill
- 1/8 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 2 drops green food color
- salt to taste
Directions
- Cut cucumber in half-length ways and scrape out seeds.
- Grate cucumber.
- Place grated cucumber, onion and cream cheese in food processor bowl.
- Puree until smooth.
- Add sour cream, dill and seasoning to mixture.
- Continue to puree until smooth.
- Add food color and mix until well incorporated.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
