Beet & Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 3 small, prepackaged, steamed beets (and the liquid they come in)
  • 1 banana
  • 4 ounce unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
Directions
  1. Using a cutting board and a chef’s knife cut the necessary fresh fruit and vegetables into manageable pieces your blender can handle (or purchase fresh prepped ingredients).
  2. Starting with half of the liquid first, add your smoothie ingredients.
  3. Top off with remaining liquid and a handful of ice.
  4. Blend your smoothie until smooth.
