- 3 small, prepackaged, steamed beets (and the liquid they come in)
- 1 banana
- 4 ounce unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Using a cutting board and a chef’s knife cut the necessary fresh fruit and vegetables into manageable pieces your blender can handle (or purchase fresh prepped ingredients).
- Starting with half of the liquid first, add your smoothie ingredients.
- Top off with remaining liquid and a handful of ice.
- Blend your smoothie until smooth.
