Beef And Mushroom Stroganoff
Beef stroganoff is a classic Russian dish that you can easily make at home with the help of McCormick® Beef Stroganoff Sauce Mix, adding in some mushrooms for more flavor.This recipe is courtesy of McCormick.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1 1/2 pound boneless beef sirloin, trimmed and cut into thin strips
- 1 package mccormick® beef stroganoff sauce mix
- 8 ounce mushrooms, sliced (1 package)
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoon white wine or sherry
- 1 cup sour cream
Directions
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add beef; cook and stir 2 minutes or until no longer pink.
- Stir in Sauce Mix, mushrooms, water and wine.
- Bring to boil.
- Cover.
- Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in sour cream.
- Sprinkle with McCormick® Paprika or Parsley Flakes and serve over noodles or rice, if desired.
