Ingredients
  • banana
  • peanut butter (or any other nut or seed butter)
  • toppings, such as chia seeds, shredded coconut, or chopped nuts
Directions
  1. Peel the banana. Trim one end so that it’s flat and then set the banana upright (with the cut side down). Use a butter knife to apply a coating of all-natural, sugar-free peanut butter (or any nut or seed butter of your choice)
  2. When the entire banana is coated in nut butter, roll it in a healthy topping like chia seeds, (unsweetened) shredded coconut, crushed pretzels, or chopped nuts.
  3. Cut the banana into ¾-inch slices and serve.
