- banana
- peanut butter (or any other nut or seed butter)
- toppings, such as chia seeds, shredded coconut, or chopped nuts
- Peel the banana. Trim one end so that it’s flat and then set the banana upright (with the cut side down). Use a butter knife to apply a coating of all-natural, sugar-free peanut butter (or any nut or seed butter of your choice)
- When the entire banana is coated in nut butter, roll it in a healthy topping like chia seeds, (unsweetened) shredded coconut, crushed pretzels, or chopped nuts.
- Cut the banana into ¾-inch slices and serve.
