- 1 banana
- maple syrup, to top
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon ghee
- 1 tablespoon walnut butter
- 1/2 tablespoon walnuts, quartered
- Mash bananas in a bowl. Ad in walnut butter, walnuts, and cinnamon. Mix thoroughly. Whisk eggs and add to banana walnut mixture. Grease skillet with ghee over medium heat.
- Scoop 1/3 cup batter onto skillet. Cook for 2 minutes on each side. Repeat with remaining batter. Drizzle organic grade B maple syrup on top if desired and enjoy. 2 pancakes per serving.
