Ingredients
- 16 ounce grated sharp cheddar cheese yellow cheese
- 16 ounce grated extra sharp cheddar cheese, white
- 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 4 ounce jar diced pimento
- 1/2 cup toasted pecan pieces
- 1 cup cooked and diced bacon (about 8 strips)
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- pinch cayenne pepper
- pinch ground celery seed
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients and mix until well-combined and fairly smooth.
