- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/3 of a large apple, chopped
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 stevia packet
- 1 dash of sea salt
- Blend all ingredients until they become a creamy batter.
- Spray a pan with coconut oil (or other oil) spray and get the pan hot like a griddle.
- Pour half of the batter onto the pan.
- When the pancake is cooked half way through, flip it to the other side.
- Enjoy!
