Apple Cinnamon Pancakes

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup egg whites
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/3 of a large apple, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 stevia packet
  • 1 dash of sea salt
Directions
  1. Blend all ingredients until they become a creamy batter.
  2. Spray a pan with coconut oil (or other oil) spray and get the pan hot like a griddle.
  3. Pour half of the batter onto the pan.
  4. When the pancake is cooked half way through, flip it to the other side.
  5. Enjoy!
