- 3 cup raw almonds
- 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 2 -3 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- pinch of salt
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- On a baking sheet, add the ingredients and toss to coat. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes. Let the almonds cool for 15 minutes and then place them in your food processor.
- Pulse until you achieve a smooth consistency. Depending on the food processor, this step can take between 10-18 minutes.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 weeks.
