- 1 black mission fig
- 1 3/4 ounce old overholt rye
- 1/2 ounce selvarey cacao
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- 1/4 ounce demerera syrup
- Muddle the fig in a mixing vessel. Add remainder of ingredients and ice. Shake vigorously, and double strain into an ice filled rocks glass. Garnish with fig and cocoa powder.
