Ingredients
1 frozen mango
4 frozen strawberries
1 frozen banana
1 packet of frozen acai
1/4 cup coconut water
1 cup spinach
juice from 1/2 lemon
Directions
Cut up a mango, banana and four strawberries to freeze overnight or for at least three hours.
Once frozen, place in the blender and mix with the other ingredients.
Serve.
