Ingredients
  • 1 frozen mango
  • 4 frozen strawberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 packet of frozen acai
  • 1/4 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup spinach
  • juice from 1/2 lemon
Directions
  1. Cut up a mango, banana and four strawberries to freeze overnight or for at least three hours.
  2. Once frozen, place in the blender and mix with the other ingredients.
  3. Serve.
