Mojito Lime Striped Bass

Ingredients
- 1 package of mccormick® grill mates® mojito lime marinade mix
- 2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
- 1 teaspoon grated lime peel
- 1 pound striped bass filets
- 2 teaspoon oil
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a small bowl until well blended.
- Brush fish with oil.
- Sprinkle with 2 teaspoons of the Grilling Salt.
- Grill over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- For extra flavor, sprinkle with additional Grilling Salt at the table.
