- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/4 cup coconut water
- 1 green apple
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup spinach
- 2 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 4 pieces of ice
- Soak the chia seeds in the coconut water while you chop the apple slices and banana.
- Blend all the ingredients together and serve.
