Cranberry Walnut Breakfast Quinoa

Ingredients
1 cup quinoa, rinsed
1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
3 tablespoon sugar in the raw
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Bring 1 cup water to a boil in medium saucepan.
Stir in quinoa, cranberries and Sugar In The Raw.
Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 10 to 15 minutes until water is absorbed and quinoa is tender.
Remove from heat.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Stir in walnuts and vanilla.
