Carrot, Apple And Turmeric Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 bunch carrots (4 or 5, cut into 2 inch pieces)
- 1 apple cut into 4 pieces (i used honeycrisp)
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon honey optional
- 3 cubes ice
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a high-powered blender.
- If the smoothie is too thick add more coconut water.
- If it's too thin add another cube of ice or another carrot.
