3-Ingredient Barbecue Pork

Ingredients
  • 3-4 pound pork tenderloin
  • 1 1/2-2 cup bbq sauce
  • 1 bottle of beer
Directions
  1. Turn slow cooker on low, spray with cooking spray and add the pork.
  2. Top with BBQ sauce and beer.
  3. Cook for 9-10 hours until tender.
  4. Shred pork with two forks and remove any fat pieces.
  5. Return pork to slow cooker with sauce.
  6. Serve on focaccia or brioche buns.
