This Week: Pork Chops
The edit team has been looking forward to 'pork chop week' for a while; all of us ruminating over how to cook this popular cut. Whether using bone-in or boneless chops, each recipe we created is unique and delicious — not to mention easy. If you're inspired to cook a recipe of your own or try one of ours, then, when shopping, look for meat that is pale pink with white (not yellow) fat and cook it within a few days after purchasing. The chops should be cooked until they have an internal temperature of about 150–165 degrees (any higher and they will tough and chewy). But most importantly, have fun and be creative!
