This Week: Chocolate
Just in time for Christmas, the edit team has put forth their best collection of chocolatey treats to ail your aching sweet tooth. From candy to cake and everything in between, there are boundless possibilities when it comes to working with chocolate in the kitchen. When you're purchasing chocolate, make sure to double-check that you pick up the variety that your recipe calls for. There are many different kinds of chocolate available, and each has a different ratio of cocoa to sugar. For example, semi-sweet chocolate has a slightly higher sugar content than bittersweet chocolate. No matter what recipe or chocolate you choose, the end result is sure to be delicious.
