- 2 ounce bulldog gin
- 1/2 ounce creme de violette liquer
- 1/2 ounce elderflower liqueur
- 1/4 ounce fresh lime juice
- chilled champagne or cava
- Combine ingredients (save sparkling wine) in a shaker over ice. Shake and strain into a tall glass and top with champagne or cava.
