Trader Joe's knows this, and as usual, they've created an ideal, affordable, and not-heinously-unhealthy snack to fit the bill. Their Mini Mint Ice Cream Mouthfuls live up to their name: they're just big enough to finish in two bites, but light enough that grabbing a second serving won't kill you.

With mint chip ice cream sandwiched between two chocolate wafers, they're kind of like down-sized Oreos that have been transformed into delicious ice cream sandwiches — finally a way to kill your ice cream, chocolate, and cookie cravings at once. They're chocolate-y with a refreshing kick of mint, and at just 60 calories per sandwich, they aren't a diet deal-breaker (unless you eat the whole box, which you'll definitely be tempted to do). All in all, we say they make the perfect dessert or anytime summer treat.
