This coleslaw is the perfect cool flavor to compliment the hot and tangy barbecue from Eastern North Carolina and is one of the more than a dozen sides from executive chef Darrell Brown's menu at The Pit.

Ingredients

2 cup duke's whipped salad dressing
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon french's yellow mustard
3/4 tablespoon red wine vinegar
a dash of salt and pepper
2 pound green cabbage, shredded
2 1/2 ounce red cabbage, shredded
2 ounce carrots

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together well in a large bowl. Serve before chilling.
