Ingredients
  • 2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon ground chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon ground oats
  • 1 banana
Directions
  1. Grind chia seeds and oats in spice or coffee grinder until they are a fine powder. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Enjoy!
