Ingredients
2 cup almond milk
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon ground chia seeds
1 tablespoon ground oats
1 banana
Directions
Grind chia seeds and oats in spice or coffee grinder until they are a fine powder. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Enjoy!
