Party Like Bradley Cooper

He'll be the first to admit it — Bradley Cooper was once a hardcore party animal. With a serious past of drinking and drugs, Cooper, now 37, made a decision to turn his life around at age 29 and head into sobriety.

While we commend Cooper on his commitment, we can't help but acknowledge the irony of his career past compared with his hit movies like The Hangover series and Limitless, both of which portray a hard-partying lifestyle. 

When it comes to the real Bradley Cooper, and not a character he is playing, his idea of partying is a more low-key, intimate situation. He does, however, have a seriously long line of A-list girlfriends, including Jennifer Aniston, Renee Zellweger, Jennifer Lopez, Olivia Wilde, and most recently Zoe Saldana, whom he's been dating on and off for more than a year and a half. 

Here's what you need to do in order to party like B.Coops: 

Appearance is everything: Cooper is a huge gym rat, which is where his amazing body comes from, though he covers it up most of the time in his casual workout gear.

Hot spots are where it's at: When he is out on the town, you can find Bradley Cooper at popular hang-outs like Soho House, Chateau Marmont, The Box, and others. 

He sticks to his roots:  Cooper has a good network of celebrity pals, including Ryan Reynolds, Ben Affleck, and Leonardo DiCaprio — talk about a handsome crowd, right? Though he has A-list pals, he still remains very close to his childhood friends, two of which he teamed up with in this year's The Words. 

It's all about the girlfriend: Here's the thing — if he's not working out alone and spotted by the paparazzi, B. Coops is usually with his lady friend, Zoe Saldana, wherever he goes. Both have followed each other to other countries while filming and both are automatic plus-ones on the red carpet, that is of course, unless Cooper's mother, Gloria, comes instead. 

His ideal date night: "Just being comfortable, when you can laugh. I'm not big on the pageantry of a date, though," Cooper told People in 2010. Cooper and then-girlfriend Zellweger and now Saldana, are very under the radar when it comes to their date nights. They've been spotted going to the movies, going incognito wearing sunglasses and baseball caps, and heading out the back door at restaurants after dinner.
