Pain D'Avignon Offers Takeout Menu On Cape Cod
Want to make your visit to Cape Cod even more relaxing? Try getting your beach lunch to go.
Pain D'Avignon Café-Boulangerie celebrates its twentieth anniversary on Cape Cod this summer and is offering its French food in a takeaway service for your convenience.
The to-go provisions on the Après Sea menu include house-made parfaits and freshly baked muffins, scones, and croissants, soups, house-smoked fish salad, Caprese salad, a BLT, and a chicken curry.
A daily sandwich special will also be available and is always posted on the café's Facebook page.
"With our new Après Sea takeaway service, it's easy to eat well on the go whether you are heading out on your boat for the day, taking the ferry to Nantucket, traveling back to the city after a beachside retreat, picking up the kids from day camp, or just simply in need of some delicious authentic European delicacies on the run," said Mario Mariani, the restaurant's general manager.
Pain D'Avignon is open for breakfast and lunch, and turns into a candlelit Parisian bistro at night.
The café is also offering a special treat on Wednesday nights. The Cape Cod jazz group Perry Rossi & en Fuengo perform at 8:30 p.m. on Wednesdays.
Oysters on the half-shell and hand-cut fries are some of the dishes available to dinner guests until 10 p.m.
