'The Taste' Is Returning For A Third Season
Get ready for another season of blind tasting, scrambling in the test kitchen, and Anthony Bourdain scoffing at vegetarian dishes. ABC's "The Taste," starring judges/mentors Anthony Bourdain, Nigella Lawson, Marcus Samuelsson, and Ludo Lefebvre, has just been renewed for a third season starting this fall. No word yet on when the third season will be airing.

"The Taste" is a blind-tasting style competition, where competitors have to woo their judges by preparing a spoonful or "taste" of their dish, while the judges have no idea whose dish they are tasting. It's surprising that ABC picked up "The Taste" considering that the ratings this past season were mediocre at best, but did see a jump in viewership during the season finale.
