Pret A Manger Introduces Summer Lobster Roll-Out

Quick-serve restaurant and coffee bar Pret A Manger has just introduced two summer seasonal menu items that will be available from now through August: the Maine Lobster Roll, and Maine Lobster Salad.

For the roll ($7.99): chunks of Maine lobster claws and knuckles are loaded into artisan brioche rolls with a "tricolor veggie mix" of diced celery, onion, and yellow bell peppers, along with mayonnaise, basil, and lemon juice.

If you'd prefer a lighter option (240 calories versus 380) the Maine lobster salad ($8.99) swaps out the roll for romaine lettuce, plus avocado, grape tomatoes, red onions, and lemon juice.

Once again, Pret's lobster roll-out is only here until August, so enjoy the seasonal reprieve to your sad desk lunch while you can!
