Here's A Peek At Scott Conant's One Night Pop-Up On Oct. 18

Reservations app Resy has teamed up with celebrity chef Scott Conant of Chopped and Top Chef fame for a one-night-only preview of his restaurant, CONANT, on Saturday, October 18 in New York City. 

The location of Conant's single-night "flash" restaurant will only be revealed when the user books a reservation, available beginning Friday, October 17 at 9 a.m., through Resy.

Specific details about the menu, which will be an indulgent, multi-course Italian meal, have been kept extremely quiet as well... until now. A representative for Resy confirmed exclusively to The Daily Meal that one of the dishes from chef Conant and his team will be Olive Oil-Poached Capon, with a foie gras emulsion, Brussel sprouts, and parsnip purée.

That's all we've got so far, but the attention paid to this single dish suggests a pretty spectacular "flash" dining experience. Again, reservations will be accepted beginning at 9 a.m. on Friday, so get those thumbs ready.
