Guy Fieri Expands Flavortown Empire To Atlantic City

Food Network star, celebrity chef, and former macrobiotic eater Guy Fieri has announced that he will open his next restaurant concept, Guy Fieri's Chophouse, at Bally's in Atlantic City this summer.

The restaurant will overlook the Atlantic City Boardwalk, and feature a menu of "signature dishes with New Jersey Flare."

The new concept will offer resort-inspired seafood and steak options like Java Rubbed Ribeye Chop, Jersey Shore Clams Casino, Spicy Bloody Mary Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail, and more. The Chophouse's bar will span the length of the restaurant and include craft beers, California wines, and spirits from a small-batch distillery.

"Guy's contagious enthusiasm for his food and his fans made this an important partnership for us at Bally's," said Kevin Ortzman, president of Bally's parent company Caesar's Entertainment. "We cannot wait to welcome him back to Atlantic City this summer."

Caesar's Entertainment also announced that it will partner with Fieri on two additional restaurant concepts in 2014, slated to open in Baltimore, Md. and Laughlin, Nev.
