The Carter family had a fun outing at the Museum of Ice Cream for a belated Mother's Day celebration over the weekend, with Bey and Blue Ivy, 5, wearing matching floor-length floral Dolce & Gabbana dresses that cost $5,395 each. Jay-Z looked spiffy too, donning all-black and what looked like a white lab coat.
