Daniel Boulud, April Bloomfield Host Taste America: New York
As part of the James Beard Foundation's ongoing Taste America series all over the country, prominent chefs and longtime Beard Foundation favorites Daniel Boulud and April Bloomfield came together to create a menu at Restaurant Daniel on Friday, October 10.

The exclusive "Night of Culinary Stars" was the first-ever collaboration between the two chefs.
The menu featured five courses from chefs Boulud and Bloomfield, "with inspiration from the coasts of Hampshire to Normandy," including English-Style Potted Crab with Parker House Rolls and Beef Cheek Crépinette from Bloomfield,

From September 12 through October 25, 2014, the program will stop in 10 cities over five weekends, including Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York City, Phoenix, San Francisco, Seattle, and Washington, D.C.
