Adam Richman Hosts NYC Wine And Food Fest's Slices Event

Get ready to rock at the Food Network New York City Wine & Food Festival's Ronzoni's La Sagra Slices event, the Travel Channel's Adam Richman. The event, on Thursday, October 18 at Pier 92, will feature 38 chef renditions of two New York favorites: meatballs and pizza. And as a special treat, rocker Bon Jovi and his brothers will be there to show off their family's new line of pasta sauces, Master pizzaiolo Michele Iuliano will be leading the pack of the city's best pizza makers and meatball shops, like The Little Owl, Arancini Brothers, Sotto 13, A Voce, Rubirosa, Union Square Café, Pizzeria Vetri , and more.

The chefs from these esteemed Italian and Italian-American restaurants and pizzerias will be creating the best of Italian cuisine using Ronzoni pasta.

Here are some of the menu highlights:

Ed Cotton of Sotto 13 will be serving Alfonsina's meatballs with pomodoro sauce, ricotta, golden raisins and toasted pine nuts. Marc Vetri of Pizzeria Vetri is keeping it different with his "Pizza al Taglio" with melon, chicory and ricotta salata; and Sunny Raymond of Union Square Café will be making granola cannoli with baked granola cannoli shell, ricotta yogurt cream, dried blueberries, toasted pistachios.
