Andaz Wall Street Opens Dina Rata In Lower Manhattan
Dina Rata (Day and Night) restaurant and bar, from Andaz Wall Street, is open in New York City's Financial District.
Serving upscale American bistro cuisine and creative cocktails, Dina Rata offers a warm and inviting space "akin to that of a residential apartment" that celebrates the revitalization and renewal of downtown Manhattan.
Andaz's chef Victor Cruz will feature fresh and seasonal dishes with plenty of locally-sourced ingredients provided by the hotel's farmer network.
A selection of Small and Large Bites, from lobster salad and oven-roasted chili shrimp, to spicy roasted salmon and pomegranate-glazed short ribs, makes up the dinner menu, while breakfast is comprised of "Get it Chilled" and "Get it Hot" menu items, including a New York state smoked salmon plate, and the Dutch baby (soufflé pancake with homemade spiced fruit, whipped cream and sweet powdered sugar).
Lunch features an upscale bistro menu including smaller portions of many of the dinner items. Dina Rata also has an extensive cocktail menu, with seasonal cocktails like the Dina Rata Smash (applejack brandy, lemon, mint, Fee Brothers bitters); and Commission & Fees (Lunazul Blanco, Barenjager, lime, Owl's Brew Pink & Black, and orange bitters.
