New Mario Batali Burgers In Vegas

It seems like dynamic duo Mario Batali and Joe Bastianich are adding yet another restaurant to their already expansive list of co-owned eateries: B&B Burger and Beer.

Set to open in September 2013, B&B Burger and Beer will feature burgers made from top-notch American beef, and beers from craft breweries in Las Vegas and Southern California. Salads, sides, and shakes will also have a place on the menu.

Although Batali and Bastianich have opened a variety of restaurants nationwide including Babbo Ristorante & Enoteca, Casa Mono ,Otto Enoteca and Pizzeria and B&B Ristorante one element of similarity is demonstrated in the men's commitment to "thoughtful and memorable food, intelligent wine lists, and an emphasis on living life to its absolute fullest," says the press release. 

The Venetian and The Palazzo are consistently praised for their gastronomical contributions not only to Las Vegas, but to the nation at large, "[Batali and Bastianich] will continue to help us to set the standard for culinary excellence in Las Vegas," says John Caparella, president and chief operating officer of The Venetian, The Palazzo, and Sands Expo.

If Batali and Bastianich's previous endeavors are any indicator, then we have high expecatios for B&B Burger and Beer.
