Mario Batali To Open 4th Las Vegas Restaurant
Mario Batali and his business partner Joe Bastianich are no strangers to Las Vegas — they already own B&B Ristorante and Otto Enoteca Pizzeria in The Venetian and CarneVino Italian Steakhouse in The Palazzo — but today they announced that this summer, their fourth restaurant in the city will be coming to The Venetian: B&B Burger Bar.
The restaurant, according to a release, will feature both an indoor and outdoor seating area. The 120-seat interior will feature more than 20 televisions, and the 2,000-square-foot patio will seat 100 and look out over Las Vegas Boulevard.
As for the food, it'll feature local ingredients and highlight (of course) burgers, made with the same meat that's used at Carnevino, along with sides, salads, shakes, and beer from craft breweries in Vegas and Southern California.
The restaurants will also be as sustainable as possible, with no bottled water, energy-efficient lighting, and the purchasing of the whole animal.
Whatever Batali and Bastianich touch seems to turn to gold, and we have a feeling that this one will do just fine as well.
