  • 1 tablespoon lemon balm
  • honey to taste
  • 1 cup water
Directions
  1. Pour 1 cup of almost-boiling water over the dried lemon balm leaves. Cover and steep for 15 minutes and strain. Add honey to taste. This is particularly good iced, and you can also add mint or basil to enhance the flavors.
