Koi Restaurant Opens At Trump SoHo In Manhattan
Fans of Koi Restaurant in Bryant Park will be pleased to see another location in the city, opening today at Trump SoHo New York. CEO of Koi Group Nick Haque said, "A partnership with a luxury empire such as the Trump organization is a natural fit for us because we both strive to provide our customers with a superior experience."
Luxurious is the right word for it — Koi Group spared no expense in turning their new SoHo restaurant into a modern Zen-inspired space. Diners are treated to custom made hand-blown chandeliers, beautiful walnut woods, and hand-chiseled black stones — and that's even before the food!
Executive chef Robb Lucas turns out Japanese fusion and traditional dishes with California accents. Previous Koi favorites on the menu include crispy rice with spicy tuna and hamachi fusion with soy-citrus and truffle essence. Chef Lucas has also created new additions exclusively at Koi SoHo, such as grilled salmon with honey balsamic glaze, tomato jam, and scallion ginger sauce.
Paired with their house specialty Koi-Tini — Cointreau, pomegranate juice, orange juice, and sparkling wine — these plates sound like a great way to pamper yourself at the end of a long day.
