Justin Bieber rang in his 19th birthday in style, partying at London club BLC until the wee hours with his posse of pals. Before calling it a night, the group headed to a Lebanese restaurant for kebabs on Edgeware Road. That was just the beginning. A huge circus-themed bash, complete with a ringmaster and clowns, is reportedly planned in London this weekend for Biebs and a close-knit group of pals that supposedly set him back $20,000.
