Iron Chef Plans London Olympics Pop-Up Restaurant
Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto is opening the Chef Morimoto Culinary Experience, a pop-up restaurant to coincide with the London 2012 Olympic Games. Open from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. July 26 to Aug. 12, the temporary restaurant in the Visa VIP Lounge for Chase Cardmembers on Pall Mall in London's West End will temporarily add to Morimoto's portfolio of eight restaurants around the world.
The Iron Chef is serving his favorite Asian-inspired dishes as well as his take on traditional British and American cuisine at the pop-up, which will only be open to Visa card holders with cards issued by Chase.
In addition to the Chef Morimoto Culinary Experience, the Visa VIP Lounge features appearances by Olympic athletes, food, wine, and beer, free Wi-Fi, and more than 10 televisions to watch all the Olympics action. The VIP Lounge is open each day from 10 a.m. to midnight. Admission is free but requires advance reservations for events. Daily entry to the VIP lounge is free upon presentation of a Visa credit card issued by Chase.
