This refreshing regional twist pays homage to Idaho's state fruit and is easy to shake up.

Ingredients
- 6-8 fresh mint leaves
- 1 ounce fresh huckleberries (frozen, thawed works too)
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- 1.5 ounce 44 north huckleberry vodka
- 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
- 3 ounce seltzer
- ice
Directions
- In a pint, muddle the mint, berries, simple syrup, and ice.
- Add vodka, lime juice, and seltzer with more ice.
- Pour into shaker and shake until chilled.
- Transfer back in pint glass, and add a splash of seltzer.
