2 stalks celery, peeled and sliced thinly on a bias
2 cup flaked honey-smoked salmon
1/2 avocado, peeled, pitted, and sliced
1 tablespoon minced tarragon or dill
Directions
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until combined. Set aside.
In a bowl, combine the cucumber, onions, celery, flaked salmon, and about ΒΌ cup of the dressing. Toss gently. Then, add the avocado and tarragon and add more dressing if needed.
