Homemade Italian Recipes
Inspired by the recent publication of our editorial director Colman Andrews' new book, The Country Cooking of Italy, the editorial team has decided to follow suit and create our own favorite homemade Italian recipes.
Here you'll find some of the classics — homemade pasta sauce, a family-inspired recipe for stuffed shells, and Bolognese sauce — as well as some new takes on classic dishes like a gluten-free lasagna and a fall-inspired "pasta primavera."
Whether you decide to make your own pasta and sauce, or buy it from the store is up to you — you can certainly make any of these recipes completely homemade or with a little help from the supermarket.
