Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup almonds, soaked overnight
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 dates

Directions

  1. Refrigerate almonds soaking in water overnight. In the morning, rinse and peel them; the skin should slide right off.
  2. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Enjoy!
