You'll Go Batty Over Disneyland's Newest Halloween Treat
Disneyland has no shortage of Instagram-worthy treats. There's the Tigger Tail, the churro, and pretzels, cookies, ice cream bars, waffles, and pretty much anything else you could imaging in the iconic shape of Mickey Mouse. But for Halloween, the theme park may have just outdone itself with its latest confection: the Bat Wing Raspberry Sundae.
This grandiose, spooky dessert is picture-perfect and taking over the #disneylandfood hashtag on Instagram at an alarmingly quick pace. With black bat wings, a bloody red drip, and a waffle cone with Halloween-colored sprinkles, this sundae is scary good.
But this Instagram-worthy food also has its flavors on point. According to Disney Food Blog, the Bat Wing Raspberry Sundae's waffle bowl is filled with a white chocolate raspberry swirl ice cream, raspberry splatter, blood-red sprinkles, whipped cream, and a chocolate bat wing cookie. Umm, yum!
The treat is available at Clarabelle's Hand-Scooped Ice Cream in Disney's California Adventure alongside another creepy Halloween treat, the Spider Silk Ice Cream Sandwich. If you have room left over in your stomach after these creepy, crawly treats, consider dropping in to one of the 10 best restaurants at Disneyland.
