Pair Your Favorite Christmas Movies With These 5 Snacks
Watching Christmas movies is one of the best parts of the holiday season. There's nothing like a cold day where you bundle up in blankets and rewatch Frosty the Snowman. We've found awesome snacks to pair with your favorite Christmas movies, so you can keep your stomach happy while you're enjoying these classic films!
A Charlie Brown Christmas
Dye some melted white chocolate bright yellow. Dip some strawberries in and zig-zag melted milk chocolate as a stripe to make these chocolate-covered strawberries look like Charlie Brown's shirt.
Elf
Make little Santa hat treats while you're watching Elf! First, place vanilla frosting on one side of an Oreo cookie. Next, place a red strawberry on top of the frosted Oreo and put a dab of frosting on the top of the strawberry for the ball of Santa's hat.
Frosty the Snowman
Skewer together three marshmallows on a toothpick to make the body of your snowman. Next, stick small pretzel sticks into the marshmallows for the arms and legs of your snowman! Use chocolate icing to make the eyes, buttons, smile, and to attach the candy corn nose. Serve these little snowmen on top of a warm mug of hot chocolate for an adorable treat. Don't worry if Frosty melts in the hot chocolate bath — he'll be back again someday!
How the Grinch Stole Christmas
Make these adorable Grinch shish kebab appetizers with your kids when you're watching The Grinch! Simply stack the following items in order on a tooth pick: miniature marshmallow, strawberry, banana slice, and a horizontal green grape to create these cute appetizers!
Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer
Take the tops off of chocolate pudding cups, and stick two candy canes facing outward inside the pudding to create the antlers for your reindeer. Then, glue a big red gumdrop for the nose and two googly eyes on the front of the pudding cup, and snack on these while you're watching the film!
