Hoisin Green Bean Salad

Ingredients
  • 2 pound green beans or haricot verts
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 3 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon agave
  • 2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
Directions
  1. Boil green beans until tender and soft. Remove and run under cold water to chill.
  2. Place the green beans in the refrigerator until chilled. Once chilled, add hoisin sauce, sesame oil, agave, cider vinegar, and toss.
  3. Place back in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
