- 2 pound green beans or haricot verts
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 3 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoon agave
- 2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Boil green beans until tender and soft. Remove and run under cold water to chill.
- Place the green beans in the refrigerator until chilled. Once chilled, add hoisin sauce, sesame oil, agave, cider vinegar, and toss.
- Place back in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
