- 4 cup garbanzo beans, drained
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 bunch cilantro, stemmed
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon chopped jalapeƱo
- 1/4 cup tahini paste
- Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Adjust seasonings, to taste.
