- 3 avocados, peeled, pitted, and mashed
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 3 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 roma tomatoes, diced
- 2 teaspoon rockerbox garlic flakes
- In a medium bowl, combine the avocado, lime juice, salt, onion, cilantro, and garlic flakes. Once this is thoroughly mixed, fold in the tomatoes. Refrigerate for 1 hour to chill, or serve immediately.
