Grub Crawl Comes To Charleston
On June 22, Charleston will become one of the newest hosts of the Grub Crawl, Bon Appetit has announced. It will join New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Miami in the five-day, five-city event, which is going into its second year this summer.
Charleston's Grub Crawl, both in name and substance, is inspired by a pub crawl, except that instead of being strictly limited to bars, participants can roam around to different restaurants and eateries throughout the city. The event is divided into a daytime section and an evening section, with five locations slated for each. "It's going to be a fantastic Saturday of inventive cocktails, exciting food, and (of course) Southern hospitality," Bon Appetit said in its announcement.
Tickets run at $149 for each five-stop section, daytime or evening. A full list and description of the events in Charleston and the other cities can be found on the official Grub Crawl website.
