Graham Elliot, Bill Kim, Anne Burrell Cook For Charlie Trotter's Last Night

We're one week away from the ending of the Charlie Trotter era, and while Trotter has pretty much let loose and talked endlessly about his decision to leave the restaurant industry, he's still going out with a bang.

For the restaurant's last hurrah, Charlie Trotter's veterans Graham Elliot (g.e.b.), Bill Kim (Urbanbelly), and Mindy Segal (Hot Chocolate),  will be cooking up signature dishes for restaurant guests. Other notables include Koren Grieveson of Avec and Anne Burrell (random?) will also be in the kitchen. Talk about influential friends.

Master Sommelier Larry Stone and Trotter's sommelier Ryan Stetins will mix up jungle juice and sangria, DJ Madrid will provide the soundtrack for the night, and the "Final Feast with Chef Charlie Trotter and Friends" will run from 6 p.m. to midnight.
