Golden Globes Menu Is Revealed

The Beverly Hilton is once again hosting the Golden Globes, and for all you culture aficionados out there, here's what the hotel will be serving to George Clooney, Mara Rooney, and Ryan Gosling.

For starters, the stars will be served a pistachio-crusted pistou ravioli with arugula, smoked tomato, kabocha compote, and burrata.

The "combination entrée" includes a miso and sake lees sea bass, and a prime short rib. Dessert will be a "chocolate delice almond crunch terrine with acacia honey, caramel, and fresh berries" paired with Moët and Chandon Grand Vintage 2002.
