- 12 apples peeled & cored
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 4 cup apple cider
- 3 cloves
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 serrano peppers
- Bring all the ingredients to a simmer and cook 30 minutes.
- Remove cinnamon stick and by leaf and pass through a food mill.
